Walker Rivard

Walker is a theatre major at Dartmouth College with years of experience in the world of theatre, numerous educational and professional credits, training in various areas of the craft, and a passion for the arts. He's been active in theatre arts education his whole life and has had the honor of building multiple thriving programs. Walker believes the performing arts can change lives, inspire action, and be a force for societal change; he created First Act with the goal of introducing this powerful medium of expression to the youth of today.

Kate Sprenkle

Kate is a Senior at the Magnet Innovation Center. She has been doing theatre since she was in the 3rd grade. She not only loves being on stage but also leading younger children in shows and helping them grow and explore their passion for theatre. She has worked as a teaching assistant in many shows at Emerald Coast Theatre Company and is a co-founder of the theatre program at Emerald Coast Middle School. She is very excited and eager to help bring this amazing art form to as many students and audiences as possible.

Kaley Beth Roberts

Kaley Beth Roberts is a freshman at Dartmouth College with an extensive background in theatre. Originally from Kentucky, she started with the Clay County High School Theatre troupe in fifth grade, and performed with them until her senior graduation. Within her high school troupe, she was an actress, student director, technician, and social media manager. Outside of her high school, she attended the Governor’s School for the Arts, which is a Kentucky summer program for students interested in visual and performing arts. At that summer program, she specialized in the art form of Drama to expand her theatrical craft. She also demonstrated leadership as a State Thespian Officer at the 2024 Kentucky Thespians Festival. Above all, she loves the bonding and community that forms from theate.

Jason Sprenkle
nonprofit & business expert / producer/ arts education advocate
Jason co-founded and co-chairs The Sonder Project, an international non-profit with a mission to empower impoverished communities through high-impact, sustainable development. As a serial entrepreneur, Jason has worn many hats over the last ten years in the vacation rental space. He is currently the CEO and co-owner of Key Data, the leading analytics and benchmarking company for vacation rental management companies. Before Key Data, Jason co-founded 360 Blue, a vacation rental company in the Florida Panhandle, which Natural Retreats acquired. He also co-founded Glad to Have You, which was acquired by HomeAway in March 2014 and now functions as the mobile platform for the VRBO and the HomeAway platform worldwide. Before diving into vacation rentals, Jason was a luxury real estate developer, the owner/broker of a real estate company, and a software attorney. He lives in Destin, Florida, with his wife and has two daughters. When he isn't working, Jason loves fishing and spending time getting involved in all things theatre with his daughter Kate. Jason is excited to use his business and non-profit expertise to help grow First Act. Theatre has been such a big part of his daughter’s life and he’s excited to help bring it to as many kids as possible!

Casey Naggiar

Casey Naggiar is a graduate of University of Montevallo in Vocal Performance. She has directed numerous productions for the past 10 years for North Bay Haven Charter High School. Casey teaches voice privately, and for Gulf Coast State College, where she is also the director for the Gulf Coast Singing Commodores. Casey has performed in regional theaters and summerstock from Birmingham, Alabama to Saginaw, Michigan, and here locally. In her time off, Casey enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Levi Cotton

Levi is a proud husband and father who has spent the last eight years knee deep in the arts. He has spent countless hours in numerous theaters watching his daughter perform onstage, helping build sets, striking sets, and even building a dance floor! He’s also produced and sponsored several shows, provided and installed tech for educational theatre organizations, and worked to help bring high quality arts to kids. Over the years, Levi has gotten to experience many shows, but his favorite was “Back to The Future the Musical”, since it resonated with him and brought him right back to childhood. Levi is so excited to be a part of First Act and can’t wait to see where it will go. He has seen what the performing arts can do for kids firsthand and can’t wait to help others experience it!

Arianna Reyher is a Voice Teacher, Speech-Language Pathologist and Performer in Bay and Walton County. She especially enjoys learning and teaching others about Voice Disorders and Healthy Voice Habits. Arianna has a passion for working with budding performers, children with speech-sound disorders, and people on the Autism Spectrum.

Maddox Good

Maddox Good has done theatre since he was six, since then he has been working on his craft and sharing his work with others. He has been a part of many different educational theatre companies. Maddox Good is a junior at the Alabama School of Fine Arts. There, he has been involved in plays, musicals, and many senior projects. He has also studied makeup, costuming, scene design, as well as sound design. He is passionate about all aspects of theatre, but has a particular interest in singing and musical theatre. Maddox loves the experience of theatre and getting to connect with all different people.

Calista Johnson
actor / singer / dancer / acting coach
Calista is a high school senior who has been in the world of theatre since she was six years old. She has been seen in numerous stage productions, recitals, and concerts. She has also been seen on a national commercial and NBC Documentary. Calista has been a drama camp counselor for many years, teaching children the skills needed to act in an onstage production. She has also collected numerous accolades including Region 7A Best Actress, Region 5A Best supporting actress, Literary state runner-up for Dramatic Oral interpretation, and more! Calista enjoys designing show logos and participating in community service in her free time.

All of our educators are experts in their field. They are interviewed and selected based on proficiency, personality, and demonstrated passion for arts education. Before ever entering a classroom, they undergo extensive First Act Educator Training, a a centralized process designed to ensure continuity and quality across all branches. Each of them is held to the highest possible standard, because your kids deserve nothing less.
