The First Act Fellows Program is an exclusive leadership and professional development experience designed for dedicated high school theatre students.
Through personalized one-on-one coaching, audition and portfolio development, college and career exploration, master classes, and leadership training, Fellows will gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to excel both on stage and beyond.
Led by veteran theatre artist and educator Darla Briganti, the program provides individualized mentorship tailored to each student’s goals while fostering collaboration, service, and leadership among a select cohort of emerging artists.
Fellows will continue their impact throughout the school year through leadership and mentorship opportunities within the First Act Theatre Outreach community, putting their training into practice while helping inspire the next generation of young performers.
Enrollment is limited. Admission is competitive and based on application and interview.
