First Act Theatre Outreach, a Florida Panhandle based nonprofit fully committed to bringing theatre arts education to underexposed children is here! We believe wholeheartedly that theatre can change lives and every kid should have an opportunity to experience it. We bring traveling shows, lessons, and camps to schools, educational institutions, and sometimes even public spaces so we can provide as many kids as possible with access to affordable, high quality theatre. We also host cabaret benefits to raise money for arts education, provide scholarships for educational theatre companies in the area so students who otherwise couldn't will have access to full-fledged production experiences, and offer online resources for schools, organizations, or individuals so they can watch productions and conduct their own lessons free of charge straight from our website. At First Act, we believe that a strong performing arts education can help kids throughout their lives, regardless of what their lives hold; everything we do comes back to that: bringing the arts to the underexposed youth of today so they can be ready for tomorrow!
